The Phillips County Health Department will provide an immunization clinic at Central on 9-13-23 for students who need mandatory immunizations for school attendance. Consent forms for this clinic were sent home last week with the students who need these immunizations.
Immunizations will NOT be administered to students who have not returned completed consent forms. If you did not receive the paperwork and want your child to receive their mandatory shot at school, please get in touch with the school nurse at Central at 870-572-6744.
