Staff members from both schools joined our superintendent, Linda English, for the Arkansas Leadership Academy on October 15-18 at the Fairfield Bay Conference Center. This training was the second session for transforming the Helena-West Helena School District. The group focused on Setting Clear and Compelling Directions, Shaping the Culture for Learning, and Leading and Managing Change. The following staff members attended: Linda English, Jewel Hamilton,Adrian Watkins, Tameko Miller, and Amanda Fears-Eaton.
